How to Prep for a professional skin application:
Make sure to wax any unwanted hairs a few days before your appointment. You don't want to do any waxing or tanning the day of your makeup application. This can cause uneven skin and pimples. Before your application it is best to come with clean skin. And follow the steps below:
1. Double cleanse your skin. Using your favourite Cleanser.
2.Exfoliator. You don't want your makeup to look cakey, do you? Exfoliating your skin will remove and dead skin build up.
3. Mask. Use a hydrating mask if your skin is feeling thirsty or a clay mask if you have excess oils. This step can also be done the day before if you don't have time on the day.
4. Toner or Serum. Once you have exfoliated your skin well, apply a toner or serum and wait for a few seconds for it to dry.
5. Eye Cream. We don't want your eyes to look dehydrated and cause fine lines under the make up.
6. Moisturizer.
Now your ready for your appointment for the longest lasting results.
What to bring to your appointment:
Send lots of photos. Different looks you like. Different skin finishes like natural, glowing, matte or full coverage. Have a look at Luviri Cosmetics for the lashes you would like on the day.
Bring in your lipstick you will be touching up with on the day. And if you have a preferred brand of make up you would like me to use as well.
Wear a loose top button up if possible. To avoid getting make up on your clothes when changing.
