Consultation Forms:
All Clients are required to fill in the correct consultation forms before your appointment. These forms can be downloaded from our Forms Page. Please bring with you or email the filled in form to kirbyhairbeauty@gmail.com
Reminder Service:
We offer an SMS and email reminder service which is sent to you 24 hours prior to your appointment. We ask that you confirm Yes or cancel with No with your name and appointment time to 0432628088. Kirby Hair & Beauty reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments. ‘No shows” will be required to
pay deposits for all future appointments
Cancellation Policy:
I understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment, but please remember to be courteous to us and our other clients by calling 24 hours – 48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel if you cannot make it. If you are sick please cancel your appointment you will be turned away.
Kirby Hair and Beauty Have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Canceling or rescheduling appointment's after the 12 hours will incur Fee of 50% of the treatment cost. No shows or cancellations 1-2 hours before appointment will be required to pay 100% of the treatment cost. This must be paid before any other bookings will be accepted.
Parking:
Visitor parking is available at the back or side of the complex. Street parking is also available. Please do not park in front of Kirby Hair and Beauty as the complex has started issuing fines and could have you towed at your own expense. All driveways should be clear of cars.
Appointment Times:
You must arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service you have booked in for. If you are running late, please let us know – we will do everything we can to accommodate you, however,
please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment, or may not have time to complete the whole service, in which case you will need to make another booking. Please make sure to fill out the correct Consultation forms before your appointment.
Responsibility for Children & Personal Items:
For the safety and comfort of all clients, we ask that children are accompanied by adults at all times, and carefully monitored. Even though we take as much care as possible, please note that personal items are the responsibility of the client. Any breakages or damage of salon items or products will incur a cost to you the client.

Kirby's Hair and Beauty currently accepts payments of cash, PayPal and Pay ID
